某三甲医院住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

目的 评价某三甲医院住院患者抗菌药物应用情况并进行用药合理性分析.方法 采用病历抽查的方式,共抽查2013年1～12月间740份运行病历,分析抗菌药物的使用情况及合理性.结果 2013年该院抗菌药物使用约占药品使用量的20.2％,其中前10名的抗菌药物约占43.5％;抗菌药物使用率47.2％,细菌送检率33.1％,平均使用抗菌药物疗程5.95 d;抗菌药物不合理应用病历约占10.6％,占不合理用药病历的67.8％.结论 该院住院患者运行病历中,抗菌药物使用基本符合规定,但也存在着不合理的现象,主要表现为药物选择不合理、无指征用药、用药方式不合理等.

Analysis of usage of antibiotics for inpatients in a tertiary hospital

Objective To evaluate the usage of antibiotics for inpatients in a tertiary hospital and then analyze the ra- tionality of the usage. Methods A total of 740 pieces medical records were spot-checked during 1-12month in 2013, Analyze the usage and rationality of antibiotics. Results The application amout of antibiotics accounted for about 20.2% of the drugs use in 2013, The top ten antibiotics accounted for about 43.5% of the usage of total; The usage rate of antibiotics was 47.2% in medical records;The bacterial examination rate was 33.1%; Treatment of antibiotics use was 5.95d on average; The unreasonable application of antiboties accounted for about 10.6%, accounted for 67.8% of the irrational drug use of medical records. Conclusion The usage of antibiotics in the medical records basically eoformed to the regulation. But there are problems of unreasonable application of antiboties, such as irrational drug selection, no indication medicine and irrationality of medication way.
