初产妇产褥期感染发生情况及其影响因素分析

目的 分析初产妇产褥期感染发生的情况及影响因素.方法 回顾性分析2010年1月～2013年8月在浙江省义乌市中医医院生产的826例初产妇的临床资料.结果 产褥期感染发生率为6.42％ （53/826）,呼吸系统感染占37.74％;分娩方式与初产妇的产褥期感染无显著相关（x2=1.55,P=0.21）,产褥期感染与产科并发症有联系（P=0.00）.产褥期感染与产前贫血、产后出血、胎膜早破、妊娠期高血压、会阴裂伤及血肿等产科并发症有关.结论 初产妇的产褥期感染发生率偏高,有产科并发症的产褥期感染发生率显著高于没有产科并发症的产妇.应当对初产妇给予更多的健康宣传和保健知识普及,对有产科并发症的产妇要给予及时的治疗处理.

Puerperal infection occurrence and its influence factors of the primipara

Objective To investigate the puerperal infection occurrence and its influence factors of the primipara. Methods The clinical data of primipara who deliveryed in the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Yiwu city in Zhejiang province from January 2010 to August 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Results The puerperal infection occurrence of the primipara was 6.42% （531826）. Respiratory system infection accounted for 37.74%. Childbirth way was no significantly associated with the puerperal infection of primipara （X2=1.55, P=0.21）, puerperal infection was associated with obstetric complications （P=0.O0）. Puerperal infection was associated with obstetric complications, such as prenatal anemia, postpartum hemorrhage, premature rupture of membranes, gestational hypertension, perineal laceration and hematoma. Conclusion The puerperal infection occurrence of the primipara is high, the puerperal infection incidence of obstetric complications is significantly higher than that of the puerperal without maternal obstetric complications.We should give more health promotion and health knowledge popularization and give timely treatment for women with obstetric complications.
