护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者康复依从性的影响

目的探讨护理干预对慢阻肺患者康复依从性的影响。方法将2011年3月～2012年12月我院呼吸内科收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者利用随机数字表法分为观察组和治疗组各85例，观察组在常规护理的层面上加上相关的护理干预措施，对照组用普通常规护理方法，比较患者的出院时间、满意度、在院和出院的依从性以及一年内的复发率、肺功能等。结果观察组的满意度明显优于治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组的出院时间短于对照组，复发率低于对照组，肺功能评分优良率大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的康复依从性有较好的影响，对于促进患者康复、降低复发率有重要意义。

Value analysis of nursing intervention applied in the rehabilitation com- pliance of patients with COPD

Objective To analyze and explore the application value of nursing intervention in the rehabilitation compli- ance of patients with COPD. Methods COPD patients treated in respiratory medicine department of our hospital from March 2011 to December 2012 were divided into observation group and treatment group by random number table method, 85 cases in each group. The observation group adopted correlative nursing interventions based on conventional nursing, the control group adopted routine nursing, the discharge time, satisfaction degree, hospitalized and discharged compliance, recurrence rate in a year and lung function of patients were compared. Results The satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly better than the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The discharged time and recurrence rate of observation group were shorter than the control group, the excellent rate of pulmonary function score in observation group was better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention has good effects on patients compliance, which promotes the recovery of patients and reduces the recur- rence rate significantly.
