宫颈癌患者外周血及组织中Th17细胞、Treg细胞表达及Th17/Treg失衡的研究

目的 探讨宫颈癌患者外周血及组织中Th17细胞、Treg细胞表达及Th 17/Treg失衡的意义.方法 分别选取同期53例宫颈癌、25例CIN和25例子宫全切患者作为研究对象,采用流式细胞仪检测外周血和宫颈组织中Th17细胞、Treg细胞表达.结果 宫颈癌组、CIN组外周血中Th17细胞、Treg细胞表达及Th 17/Treg均显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）.外周血Th17细胞表达与FIGO分期呈正相关（P＜0.05）,Treg细胞表达与分化程度呈负相关（P＜0.05）.组织中Th 17/Treg与FIGO分期呈负相关（P＜0.05）.结论 宫颈癌患者外周血和组织中Th17细胞和Treg细胞表达均显著升高,Th17/Treg失衡在宫颈癌发生发展过程中起重要促进作用.

Th17 cells,Treg cells and imbalance of Th17/Treg in peripheral blood and tissues of patients with cervical cancer

Objective To investigate the Thl7 cells, Treg cells and Thl7/Treg imbalance significance in peripheral blood and tissues of patients with cervical cancer. Methods A total of 53 cases of cervical cancer were selected,25 cases of CIN and 25 patients with uterine full cut as the research object, Thl7 ceils and Treg cells were detected. Results Cervical cancer, CIN Thl7 cells, Treg cells in peripheral blood and Thl7/Treg were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Thl7 ceils in peripheral blood was positively correlated （P 〈 0.05）, and differentiation of Treg ceils correlated negatively （P 〈 0.05）. Treg cells in tissue expression and FIGO stage, degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, vascular infiltration （P 〈 0.05）, and FIGO stage was positively correlated （P 〈 0.05）. Th17/Treg with FIGO stage was negatively correlated（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The expression of Thl7 cells and Treg cells in peripheral blood and tissue of patients with cervical cancer are significantly increased. ThlT/Treg imbalance plays an important role in promoting the development of cervical cancer.
