孕期体重对母婴并发症发生率的影响

目的探讨孕期体重与母婴并发症的相关性。方法回顾性分析在我院孕期保健的孕妇884例的保健资料,根据孕妇BMI水平将孕妇分为健康体重组、轻体重组、超重组和肥胖组,比较4组孕期并发症发生情况。结果超重组和肥胖组孕妇并发症发生率显著高于健康体重组和轻体重组(P<0.05或<0.01),而肥胖组在妊娠期高血压、糖尿病、宫缩乏力、相对头盆不称的发生率高于超重组(P<0.05或<0.01)。超重组和肥胖组难产儿、巨大儿发生率显著高于健康体重组和轻体重组(P<0.05),而肥胖组又显著高于超重组(P<0.05)。结论孕期体重影响母婴并发症的发生率,临床上应加强孕期保健和健康教育,从而控制孕妇体重在正常水平,减少母婴并发症。

Effect of pregnancy weight on maternal and neonatal complications

Objective To discuss the effect of pregnancy weight on maternal and neonatal complications. Methods A total of 884 pregnancy health care information were analyzed. According to BMI, all pregnancy were divided into nor- mal weight group, underweight group,overweight group and obesity group. Complications of 4 groups were compared. Results Complications rates of overweight group and obesity group were higher than normal weight group and under- weight group （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Pregnancy-induced hypertension, gestational diabetes mellitus, uterine internia, cephalopelvic disproportion rates of obesity group were higher than those of overweight group （P〈0.05 or 〈0.01）. Diffi- cult births and fetal macrosomia rates of overweight group and obesity group were higher than those of weight group and underweight group（P〈0.05）, and those of obesity group were higher than those of overweight group（P〈0.05）. Con- clusion Pregnancy weight effects maternal and neonatal complications, can strengthen pregnancy care and healthy edu- cation reduce maternal and neonatal complications.
