| 摘 要： | 目的 分析2013年头孢菌素类抗生素在该地区发生不良反应的特点以及规律,以减少药品不良反应（ADR）的发生,促进患者合理用药.方法 采用回顾性调查方法对2013年该市ADR监测中心收集到的402例头孢菌素类抗生素ADR报表进行统计分析.结果 402例报表中涉及11种头孢菌素类抗生素,ADR累及皮肤及其附件损害最多,发生ADR头孢菌素抗生素以头孢曲松最多.结论 临床使用头孢菌素类抗生素时应高度重视不良反应的检测,减少ADR的发生. |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze cephalosporin class of antibiotics in the region and the characteristics of adverse reactions in 2013. In order to reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reaction （ADR） and promote patients rational use drugs. Methods A retrospective investigation was made into 402 cases of ADR of cephalosporins collected by the ADR Monitoring Ceter of 2013. Results The 402 ADR cases involved 11 drugs of c, ephalospor/,ns. Skin and its accessories damage accounted for the highest percentage of ADR of cephalosporins. The drug which caused most ADR was ceftriaxone. Conclusion Great impor- tance should be attached to ADR monitoring so as to reduce the incidence of ADR by cephalosporins. |
