参附注射液佐治慢性肾心综合征疗效观察

目的 观察参附注射液佐治慢性肾心综合征的临床疗效.方法 将89例患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例,在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液;对照组44例,以常规治疗为主;观察两组治疗前后射血分数、BNP、6 min步行距离、血肌酐、尿素氮等的变化情况.结果 治疗组总有效率为92.8％,对照组总有效率79.5％,两组比较有显著差异,治疗组各项指标较治疗前均有显著改善（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.结论 慢性肾心综合征患者在常规治疗基础上加用参附注射液能明显改善患者心肾功能,不良反应少,值得推广.

Effect of Shenfu injection for treatment of cardiorenal syndrome

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenfu injection in treating cardiorenal syndrome. Methods Eighty-nine cases were divided into two groups randomly, the control group of 44 cases were treated with conventional therapy while the study group of 45 cases were treated with Shenfu injection additionally. Observe the clinical effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate of the studty group was 92.8% ,while that of the control group was 79.5%. There was significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Shenfu injection can improve renal and heart function of the cardiorenal syndrome .
