医院内泌尿系真菌感染的菌群分布特点及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨泌尿系真菌感染的菌群分布及耐药性.方法 对1200例疑似泌尿系感染中分离的124株真菌进行回顾性分析.结果 共分离出真菌6种124株.主要是光滑假丝酵母菌占36.3%,其次是白色假丝酵母菌占29.8%和热带假丝酵母菌占27.4%.光滑假丝酵母菌、白色假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌对5-氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B均敏感.氟康唑、伏立康唑对光滑假丝酵母菌、白色假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌耐药率均<25%.结论 泌尿系真菌感染以光滑假丝酵母菌、白色假丝酵母菌和热带假丝酵母菌为主,5-氟胞嘧啶和两性霉素B可作为泌尿系真菌感染的首选治疗药物;氟康唑和伏立康唑也是治疗较好的选择.

Bacteria distribution and resistance analysis of urinary tract fungal infection in the hospital

Abstract:Objective To discuss bacteria distribution and resistance analysis of urinary tract fungal infection in the hospital. Methods One hundred and twenty-four cases of fungus, which were separated from 1200 cases of suspected patients with urinary system infection, were made retrospective analysis. Results Six kinds of 124 cases fungus, were separated from 1200 samples, which were mainly the candida glabrata (36.3%), and secondly the candida albicans (29.8%) and candida tropicalis (27.4%). The candida glabrata, candida albicans and candida tropicalis were all aller- gic to 5-Fiurocytosine (5-FC) and Amphoteric Enzyme B. The resistance rates of Fluconazol and Voriconazole to can- dida glabrata, eandida albicans and candida tropicalis were all less than 25%. Conclusion The mycotic infection of urinary system is mainly candida glabrata, candida albicans and candida tropicalis. 5-Flurocytosine (5-FC) is the best choice of drugs to treat clinical mycotic. Fluconazol and Voriconazole are also the favorable drugs to treat mycotic infection of urinary system.
