孟鲁司特在儿童慢性咳嗽治疗中的价值

目的探讨孟鲁司特在儿童慢性咳嗽治疗中的价值。方法3～14岁的慢性咳嗽患儿60例随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例；观察组应用孟鲁司特治疗4周后观察疗效，并与对照组进行比较。结果观察组总有效率为83．3％，对照组总有效率为60．0％，差异有统计学意义（XZ=4．022，P〈O．05）。结论在临床实践中孟鲁司特可有效改善多数慢性咳嗽儿童的咳嗽症状，提示孟鲁司特在儿童慢性咳嗽治疗中具有临床价值。

Value of montelukast in the treatment of children with chronic cough

Objective To observe the efficacy of montelukast for children with chronic cough treatment. Methods Sixty children of 3-14 years old with chronic cough were randomly divided into observation group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. The observation group had empirical treatment with montelukast for 4 weeks and its curative effects was compared with the control group. Results There were 13 cases of markedly effectiveness, 12 cases of effectiveness and 5 cases of ineffectiveness, with the total effective rate of 83.3% in the observation group. There were 8 cases of markedly effectiveness, 10 cases of effectiveness and 12 cases of ineffectiveness, with the total efficiency of 60.0% in the control group.There was significantly difference between the two groups （X2=4.022,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mon- telukast can effectively improve the majority of the children with chronic cough.The results indicate that montelukast has clinical value in children with chronic cough.
