复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 90例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分成3组,A组30例采用复方丹参滴丸治疗,B组30例采用曲美他嗪治疗,C组30例采用复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗,4周为一个疗程,比较三组患者治疗后的疗效及治疗前后血脂各项指标的变化情况。结果 A组及B组治疗后心电图疗效评价显示其总有效率分别为53.3%、56.7%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组治疗后的总有效率达83.3%,明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组的显效率最高,达53.3%,但分别与A组、B组的显效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组及B组治疗后心绞痛疗效评价显示其总有效率分别为76.7%、73.3%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组治疗后的总有效率达93.3%,明显高于A组、B组(P<0.05)。C组的显效率最高,达56.7%,但分别与A组、B组的显效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组患者治疗前血清TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C分别比较,未见明显差异(F=1.345,1.023,1.642,P>0.05)。治疗后,三组患者血清TC、TG、LDL-C分别较治疗前明显下降,HDL-C比治疗前明显升高,且C组较A组、B组变化更显著(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗不稳定型心绞痛能明显提高临床疗效,降低血脂水平,改善患者的临床症状及心电图表现,值得推广和应用。

CSDP joint trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To investigate the effect of CSDP joint trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina pectoris. Methods Ninety patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into three groups,A group of 30 patients used CSDP treatment. Group B used trimetazidine treatment.Group C used CSDP joint trimetazidine,treated 4 weeks for a course ,three groups of patients before and after treatment efficacy and changes in blood lipid indicators were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of A group and B group was 53.3% ,56.7% ,the difference was not sta- tistically significant （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of Group C was 83.3%,was significantly higher than the A group and B group （P〈0.05）. Group C were the highest efficiency rate of 53.3%,significant higher than group A and group B （P〉0.05）. After treatment,angina pectoris evaluation showed the total effective rate of A group and B group was 76.7%, 73.3%, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. After treatment,the total effective rate of Group C was 93.3%,was significantly higher than the A group,B group （P〈0.05）. Group C were the highest efficiency of 56.7%, but the difference of significant efficiency in group A or B group,the difference was not statistically significant （P〉 0.05）.Three groups of patients before treatment, serum TC ,TG, LDL-C, HDL-C were compared with no significant difference （F= 1.345,1.023,1.642, P〉0.05 ）.After treatment, the three levels of serum TC, TG, LDL-C were significantly decreased compared with before treatment, HDL-C was significantly higher than before treatment,and group C changed more significantly than group A and group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion CSDP joint trimetazidine in treatment of unstable angina can significantly improve clinical outcomes ,reduce cholesterol levels, improve the patient＇s clinical symptoms and ECG,worthy of promotion and application.
