不同类型内固定方法治疗股骨颈骨折临床疗效及并发症分析

目的探讨不同类型内固定方法治疗股骨颈骨折临床疗效。方法共纳入52例股骨颈骨折患者,采用随机数字法平均分为两组,A组给予动力髋螺钉行滑移式内固定治疗,B组给予加压螺纹钉行加压内固定治疗。观察患者术后情况及并发症,随访1年,评价临床疗效。结果两组手术时间、住院时间及术中出血量相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。B组缺血坏死明显少于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组疗效明显优于B组,优秀率分别为73.1%及46.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨颈骨折内固定方法中,加压螺纹钉内固定的总体疗效好于动力髋螺钉内固定的疗效。

Analysis of different types of internal fixation treatment in patients with femoral neck fracture

Objective To analyze the clinical effect different types of internal fixation treatment in patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Fifty-two patients were included and divided into group A and group B. Patients in group A were given dynamic hip screw slippage and internal fixation, and patients in group B were given compression screw nails line pressure and internal fixation. Postoperative complications and clinical effect followed up for 1 year were observed. Results There were no differences in operation time, hospitalization time and intraoperative blood loss. The difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Ischemic necrosis in B group was obviously less than group A, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Curative effect in group A was better than group B, excellence rate were 73.1%, 73.1%, respectively. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of the femoral neck fracture fixation method, dynamic hip screw slippage and internal fixation is more effect than com- pression screw nails line pressure and internal fixation.
