| 摘 要： | 目的 观察氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗缺血性脑卒中的疗效.方法 对照组予低分子肝素钠5 000IU腹部皮下注射,每12小时1次,连用14 d.观察组同时加用氯吡格雷75 mg口服,每日1次,连用14d.结果 治疗后14 d,观察组和对照组的NIHSS评分均较治疗前及治疗后7d分别明显降低,且观察组的NIHSS评分较对照组降低更显著（P＜0.05）.两组均无一例死亡,观察组和对照组治疗后的总有效率分别为93.3％、83.3％,两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 氯吡格雷联合低分子肝素治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效确切、治愈率高、安全性好,值得临床推广和应用.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of clopidogrel and LMWH in treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods The control group were given abdominal subcutaneous low molecular weight heparin （LMWH）5 000 IU, every 12 hours once, for 14 d. Observation group plus clopidogrel 75 mg orally once a day, for 14 d. Results After treatment 14 days, the NIHSS scores of observation group and the control group were significantly reduced than before treatment and after treatment 7 days, and the observation group lowered more significantly than control group （P〈0.05）. There were no deaths, the total efficiency of two groups were 93.3%, 83.3% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin clopidogrel is effective in treating ischemic stroke, high cure rate, safety, worthy of promotion and application. |
