小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉应用于剖宫产术中的临床观察

目的探讨小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产手术中的应用效果。方法将60例剖宫产患者随机分为实验组(30例)和对照组(30例),实验组于蛛网膜下腔注入0.25%布比卡因1.5 mL,对照组于蛛网膜下隙注入0.25%布比卡因2.5 mL。观察两组术中生命体征情况、麻醉情况、麻醉效果和不良反应情况。结果实验组与对照组麻醉效果相当,实验组术中生命体征情况较对照组变化小,麻醉恢复时间短,不良反应发生率低。结论小剂量布比卡因腰硬联合麻醉应用在剖宫产术中用量少、起效快,不良反应少,安全性高,值得在临床推广使用。

Observation of low-dose combined spinal epidural anesthesia on obstetric surgery

Objective To explore the effect of low-dose bupivacaine combined spinal epidural anesthesia on obstetric surgery. Methods All 60 cases of cesarean section patients were divided into experimental group （30 cases） and control group（30 cases） randomly, the experimental group injected in subarachnoid with 0.25% bupivacaine 1.5 mL, while in the control group injected in subarachnoid with injection 0.25% bupivaeaine 2.5 mL. The vital signs, anesthesia, anesthesia effects and adverse reactions of two groups were observed. Results The anesthesia effect of experimental group was commensurate with control group, intraoperative vital signs of experimental group was changed little compared to the control group, shorter anesthesia recovery time, lower incidence of adverse reactions. Conclusion Low-dose bupivacaine combined spinal epidural anesthesia in cesarean section with quicker effect,lesser adverse reaction, higher safety, is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
