| 摘 要： | 来自流行病学和观察性研究的证据支持,同型半胱氨酸为缺血性卒中的重要危险因素,采用叶酸和维生素B类降低同型半胱氨酸可有效预防缺血性卒中.但是,绝大多数临床试验得出的结果 却为阴性.文章对此进行了分析.

| Abstract: | The evidence from epidemiological and observational studies support that homocysteine is an important risk factor for ischemic stroke. Using folic acid and vitamins B to reduce homocysteine may effectively prevent ischemic stroke. However, the results of the vast majority of clinical trials are negative. This article analyzes them. |
