摘    要:目的:研究茵陈蒿汤配伍对大鼠血中移行成分的影响。方法:以中药血清药物化学为理论基础,以UPLC—UV—Q—TOF/MS为核心技术,对茵陈蒿汤不同配伍的体外体内样品进行分析比较。结果:检测并鉴定了茵陈蒿汤大鼠血中移行成分21个;21个血中移行成分中有8个成分只有在茵陈蒿汤全方配伍的情况下才能被机体吸收,而这8个成分大都具有较强的保肝利胆活性。结论:方剂为“有制之师”,并非药物间的简单加合,只有在科学配伍的前提下,才能使需要的有用成分优化吸收;同时运用中药血清药物化学可进行方剂配伍规律研究。

Abstract:AIM: To elucidate the effects of different formula compatibility of Yinchenhao Tang on the absorption of the constituents in the blood of rats after oral administration of the formula. METHODS : Based on the theory of serum pharmacochemistry, analysis was undertaken on the constituents of Yinchenhao Tang in vitro and the constituents absorbed into blood after oral administration of Yinchenhao Tang with different compatibility using UPLC-UV-Q-TOF/MS. RESULTS : 21 compounds were detected in the rat serum after oral administration of Yinchenhao Tang. Of the 21 compounds ,8 compounds could be found only when orally administrating the original formula of YinchenhaoTang with three composition drugs, and the 8 absorbed compounds by compatibility are of hepatoprotection activity. CONCLUSION : Traditional Chinese medical formula is organized based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, not just the simple mixture of herbal drugs ; and the method of serum pharmacochemistry can be applied to elucidate the compatibility of the formulas.
