55例多灶性脑出血的临床分析

目的研究分析多灶性脑出血的发病原因、发病部位及临床特点,为临床诊治提供依据。方法选取我院55例多灶性脑出血患者,进行回顾性分析,整理分析所有患者的CT影像学、发病原因、发病部位及临床资料。结果多灶性脑出血的发病原因有高血压病、脑淀粉样病变、脑血管畸形、血液系统病以及进行抗凝溶栓诱发,根据CT影像了解其发病部位常见顺序依次为基底节、脑叶、脑干。病死率较高。结论多灶性脑出血有着高致残率、高病死率,即便发病率不高,仍应为临床医师所重视,掌握其发病原因、发病部位及临床特点,及时正确的处理疾病,提高生存率,改善患者预后。

Clinical Analysis of 55 Cases of Multifocal Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To study the analysis of multifocal cerebral hemorrhage in the area of etiology,pathogenesis and clinical features,and to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods Selected from 55 patients with multifocal cerebral hemorrhage,were retrospectively analyzed,analysis of all patients with CT imaging,area of etiology,pathogenesis and clinical data.Results The etiology of multifocal cerebral hemorrhage have hypertension,cerebral amyloid disease,cerebrovascular malformation,blood system disease induced to anticoagulation and thrombolysis,risk based on CT image to understand the common sequence as the basal ganglia,and cerebral lobe,brain stem,Mortality rate is higher.Conclusion Multifocal cerebral hemorrhage has a high morbidity,high mortality,even if the incidence is not high,still should be regarded by the clinician,to master its area of etiology,pathogenesis and clinical characteristics,timely and correct treatment diseases,improve the survival rate and improve patients prognosis.
