替米沙坦与贝那普利对原发性高血压患者血清EL、APN水平和血压控制效果的影响

目的分析替米沙坦与贝那普利对原发性高血压（EH）患者血清内皮脂肪酶（EL）、脂联素（APN）水平和血压控制效果的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将115例原发性高血压患者分为两组，贝那普利组予口服贝那普利片．替米沙坦组予口服替米沙坦片，血压未达标可加量，检测治疗前与12周末血清EL、APN浓度和血压控制情况。结果两组均能降低EL浓度、升高APN浓度和有效控制血压，P〈0．01；治疗后替米沙坦组EL浓度下降幅度、APN浓度升高幅度大于贝那普利组，P〈0．01；治疗后两组SBP、DBP水平比较，P〉0．05；替米沙坦组不良反应发生率5．26％低于贝那普利组20．69％，P〈0．05。结论替米沙坦与贝那普利均可有效控制血压，但前者降低EL浓度和升高APN浓度方面优于后者，安全可靠，能够提高服药依从性和改善生存质量。

Analysis of influence of telmisartan and benazepril on serum EL and APN levels and blood pressure control effect of EH patients

Objective To analyze the influence of telmisartan and benazepril on the serum endothelial lipase （EL） and adiponectin （APN） levels and the blood pressure control effect of patients with essential hypertension （EH）. Methods A total of 115 patients with EH were divided into two groups using the random number table. The benazepril group was given the oral administration of benazepril and the telmisartan group was given the oral administration of telmisar- tan. The dosage could be increased if the blood pressure did not reach the standard. The EL, APN concentration and blood pressure control situation before the treatment and at the end of the 12th week were detected. Results Both groups could effectively reduce the EL concentration, elevate the APN concentration and effectively control the blood pressure （P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, the telmisartan group had larger EL concentration decrease, larger APN concen- tration increase compared to the benazepril group （P 〈 0.01）. After treatment, the two groups were not significantly different in the SBP and DBP levels （P 〉 0.05）; The adverse reaction rate of the telmisartan group was 5.26%, which was lower than the 20.69% of the benazepril group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Both telmisartan and benazepril can effectively control blood pressure, but the former is superior to the latter in reducing EL concentration and increasing APN concentration. It is safe and reliable and can improve medication compliance and improve the quality of life.
