帕利哌酮缓释片治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的探讨帕利哌酮缓释片在精神分裂症治疗中的疗效。方法选取90例精神分裂症患者为研究对象，并将其随机分成治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予口服帕利哌酮缓释片，起始量为6mg／d，依病情变化2W内调整剂量；对照组给予口服奥氮平，起始量为（5～10）mg／d，依病情变化2W内调整剂量。所有患者治疗8W，于治疗前及治疗后1、2…468W采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效，观察、记录疗效并对两组的疗效进行对比分析。结果两组患者治疗后PANSS总分均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0．05），治疗后组间PANSS各项评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；治疗组治愈3例，显效27例，好转10例，无效5例，总有效率为88．9％；对照组治愈2例，显效16例，好转13例，无效14例，总有效率为68．9％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者均未出现严重不良反应。结论帕利哌酮缓释片在精神分裂症的治疗中安全有效，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of pailperidone extended-release tablets in the treatment of 45 cases of schizophrenia

Objective To explore the efficacy of pailperidone extended-release tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Ninety patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. 45 cases in the treatment group received the treatment of pailperidone extended-release tablets, the initial dose was 6 mg/d,while 45 cases in the control group received olanzapine, the initial dose of was （5-10） mg/d.The dose could be adjusted de- pend on the disease. During the 8 weeks＇ treatment,the results were observed and analyzed. Results After 8 weeks＇ treatment,the PANSS score of both groups significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）,while the PANSS scores had no statistically difference （P 〉 0.05） between the two groups after the treatment.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%, significantly higher than that of the the control group （P 〈 0.05）.No serious adverse reaction oc- curred. Conclusion Pailperidone extended-release tablets is positive and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia and is worthy of clinical application.
