大蒜素联合头孢哌酮对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌体外抗菌活性的影响

摘    要:目的评价大蒜素与头孢哌酮联合用药对临床分离的多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌(MDR—ABA)体外抗菌活性。方法采用棋盘法设计,微量肉汤稀释法测定不同浓度组合的2组抗菌药物,分别对15株敏感ABA和15株耐头孢哌酮ABA的最低抑菌浓度,并计算FIC指数判定联合效应。结果大蒜素与头孢哌酮联合应用后,其MIC50显著降低:FIC指数分布:FIC≤0.5占40.8%-65.1%;0.5〈FIC〈1占34.9%-41.8%;1〈FIC〈2占0-17.3%;FIC〉2为0。结论大蒜素与头孢哌酮联用后,对鲍曼不动杆菌基本表现为协同作用和相加作用,特别是能显著提高头孢哌酮对耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的杀菌活性。

The effect of allicin joint Cefoperazone for multi-drug resistant bowman acinetobacter vitro the antibacterial activity

Abstract:Objective To evaluat the vitro antibacterial activity that allicin combination with Cefoperazone clinical isolates of multi-drug resistant Bowman Acinetobacter (MDR-ABA). Methods Used chessboard law design, determination two group which was the different concentration antimicrobial agents through broth dilution method, respectively, 15 sensitive to ABA and 15 the resistance Cefoperazone ABA minimum inhibitory concentration, and determine the combined effects by calculating the FIC index. Results After the allicin combination with Cefoperazone using, the MICS0 significantly reduced; FIC index distribution: the FIC 〈~0.5 was 40.8% to 65.1% ,0.5〈FIC〈I accounted for 34.9% to 41.8%;1〈FIC〈2 accounted for 0-17.3%;FIC〉2 was 0. Conclusion After the allicin combination with Cefoperazone using, the Acinetobacter baumannii performance synergistic and additive effect, in particular, significantly improve the bactericidal activity of toubaopaitong for resistant Bowman Acinetobacter.
