慢性呼吸衰竭并肺性脑病应用药物早期治疗的护理观察

目的探讨早期药物治疗慢性呼吸衰竭合并肺性脑病的护理干预及临床护理体会。方法 2011年2月至2013年2月期间,我院诊治的48例慢性呼吸衰竭合并肺性脑病患者,早期静滴尼可刹米,并给予相应的护理干预,观察临床疗效及治疗前后动脉血气分析指标的变化情况。结果治疗后,36例显效、10例有效、2例无效,总有效率为95.8%;与治疗前相比,治疗后动脉氧分压明显升高,二氧化碳分压显著降低,P<0.05。结论对于慢性呼吸衰竭合并肺性脑病患者,早期应用尼可刹米等药物进行对症治疗和护理干预,明显改善患者的缺氧状态,值得临床广泛推广。

Observation and Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Respiratory Failure and Pulmonary Encephalopathy Early Application of Drug Treatment

Objective To explore the early experience of nursing intervention for treatment of chronic respiratory failure with pulmonary encephalopathy and nursing. Methods During the period from February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital, 48 cases of chronic respiratory failure with pulmonary encephalopathy, early intravenous Nikethamide, and give the corresponding nursing intervention were observed before and after treatment, the changes of arterial blood gas analysis. Results After the treatment, 36 cases markedly effective, 10 Cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, the total efficiency of 95.8%; compared with before treatment, after treatment of arterial partial pressure of oxygen partial pressure of carbon dioxide increased, decreased significantly, P〈0.05. Conclusion For patients with chronic respiratory failure with pulmonary encephalopathy, early application of Nikethamide and other drugs for symptomatic treatment and nursing intervention, improve hypoxia status of patients, is worthy of clinical application.
