| 摘 要： | 目的 介绍甲根部断指再植的一种方法。方法 对甲根部平面离断的25例病人，采用吻合一侧动脉，吻合口以远动脉弓发出的分支分别结扎，保留一条较细中央分支，不行静脉吻合或动脉静脉化。结果 25例中24例再植成活，1例坏死，成活手指外观、功能好。结论 只吻合一侧动脉、不吻合指腹静脉、吻合口以远动脉弓发出的分支分别结扎保留1条较细中央分支的断指再植方法，手术省时、有效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To introduce a method for replantation of severed digit at the level of nail root. Method In treatment of 25 digits severed at the nail root, we conducted anastomosis of one artery and two nerves but not anasto mosis of veins. Only one central branch was reserved, with other branches from t he arch of digital artery being ligated. Results Of the 25 replanted digits, 24 survived and one failed .The survivals had good appearance and function. Conclus ion Anastomosis of one artery and two nerves without anastomosis of veins is an easy and effective method for replantation of severed digit at the level of nail root. |
