丽江市古城区吸毒人群艾滋病防治干预效果评价

目的分析丽江古城区第四轮全球基金/中英艾滋病项目实施效果。方法收集丽江古城区吸毒人群综合行为监测结果,并进行分析。结果目标人群艾滋病防治知识知晓率逐年提高,由2007年的91.0%、2008年97.9%,提高到2009年的99.4%;性交易安全套使用比率由2007年的66.7%、2008年的54.2%,提高到了2009年的91.4%;最近一个月共用针具比率由2007年的5.4%、2008年的12.8%,降到了2009年的3.8%;人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染率3年分别为9.0%、6.1%、9.1%,梅毒感染率3年分别为0.5%、2.7%、0.6%。结论项目的实施有力地促进了丽江市古城区艾滋病防治工作的开展,特别是通过多部门参与对目标人群的干预效果显著,目标人群中艾滋病快速蔓延的势头得到遏制,并有效地控制了梅毒在目标人群中的传播和蔓延。

Evaluation of AIDS prevention with risk-reducing measures among drug abusers in Gucheng District,Lijiang City,Yunnan Province

Objective To analyze the effect of implementation of Global Fund AIDS Program round four in Gucheng District, Lijiang City. Methods The surveillance results of comprehensive behavior of drug abusers in Gucheng District had been collected and analyzed. Results The awareness rate of AIDS prevention knowledge had steadily increased from 91,0% in 2007 and 97.9% in 2008 to 99.4% in 2009. The proportion of condom used by persons in the sex trade was increased from 66.7% （2007） and 54.2% （2008） to 91.4% of 2009. The proportion of sharing needles in recent years had been decreased from 5.4% in 2007 and 12.8% in 2008 to 3.8% in 2009. The HIV infection rates were 9. 0% , 6.1% and 9.1% respectively in these three years. Meanwhile, the infection rates of syphilis during these 3 years were 0.5% , 2.7% and 0.6%, respectively. Conclusion The implementation of the program has effectively promoted the prevention and control work of AIDS in Gucheng District, Lijiang City. There is significant effect in intervention for the target population through multi - section participation. The momentum of rapid spread of AIDS has been controlled in target population. Furthermore, the spreading and pervading of syphilis in target population has also been effectively controlled.
