60例肾癌的诊断与治疗

目的探讨肾癌的诊断与治疗。方法1989年～2000年收治肾癌60例，结合文献对肾癌的发病、诊断和治疗方法作了分析，并讨论了影响肾癌预后的诸因素。结果60例B超检查，正确率达93．3％；60例cT检查，诊断正确率100％；12例肾动脉造影，诊断正确率100％。60例术后病理诊断，透明细胞癌38例，颗粒细胞癌16例，混合细胞癌4例，梭形细胞癌1例，未分化癌1例。单纯肾切除6例，部分肾切除1例，根治性肾切除51例，无法手术仅取活检2例。60例中获随访40例，1年存活率87．5％，3年存活率60％，5年存活率33．3％。结论强调早期诊断和早期行肾窟根治术的意义。
