SOCS-3在脓毒症患者外周血单个核细胞中表达的研究

目的探讨细胞因子信号转导抑制因子-3（SOCS-3）在脓毒症发病机制中的作用。方法选择36例脓毒症患者，30例健康志愿者为对照组，应用RT-PCR方法测定SOCS-3在外周血单个核细胞中的表达，并和患者APACHEⅡ评分进行相关分析。结果SOCS-3在脓毒症组和对照组的外周血单个核细胞中均有表达，脓毒症组较对照组表达显著增加（P〈0．001），SOCS-3 mRNA的表达和脓毒症A—PACHEⅡ评分呈负相关，相关系数（r）为-0．746（P〈0．01）。结论SOCS-3参与了脓毒症的发病过程，SOCS-3的表达在脓毒症患者中可能起着保护作用。

The expression of SOCS-3 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the septic patients

Objective To explore of the role of SOCS-3 in the pathogenesss of sepsis. Methods The expression of SOCS-3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuelear cells in 36 patients with sepsis and 30 healthy vol-unteers was measured by RT-PCR. The correlation analysis between The expression of SOCS-3 mRNA in periph- end blood mononuelear cells and the septic patient's scores of APACHE 11 was made. Results The expression of SOCS-3 mRNA in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in the sepsis group and the control group were found. The level of SOCS-3 mRNA in the sepsis group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P <0. 001 ). The expression of SOCS-3 mRNA have a significant negative correlation with the septic patient's scores of APACHE Ⅱ ,the correlation coeffieient(r)was-0.746(P <0.01). Conclusions SOCS-3 have a role in the pathogenesis of sepsis. The expression of SOCS-3 mRNA may have protection in septic patients.
