| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中国汉族人载脂蛋白E基因、低密度脂蛋白受体相关蛋白基因多态性与Alzheimer病(AD)的相关情况。方法应用PCR-RFLP方法,在67例AD患者和77例正常人中观察apoE基因、LRP基因多态性的分布,进行关联分析。结果apoEε4与AD有显著的关联,AD患者LRP基因C/C纯合子基因型频率及等位基因C频率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中国汉族人群中,apoE基因多态性、LRP基因多态性与AD呈正相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relations between the gene polymorphism of low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein(LRP) and apolipoprotein E(apoE) and Alzheimer's disease(AD) in Chinese. Methods The gene polymorphism of LRP and apoE were genotyped in 67 AD patients and 77 controls with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism(PCR-RFLP) method.AD groups were classified according to the LRP C/C genotype and compared with matched controls. Results There was significant difference in apoE genotypes between AD group and the control group.The frequencies of C/C homozygote(88.1% vs 72.7%,P<0.05) and of C allele(94.0% vs 85.1%,P<0.05) were higher in AD group than in control group.Conclusion A positive correlation is found between apolipoprotein E gene polymorphism,LRP gene polymorphism and AD in Chinese population. |
