摘    要:
目的:筛选对视网膜组织细胞具有药物保护作用的中药成分。方法:体外细胞培养,新生儿小牛视网膜细胞县液为研究对象,SFA,苦参碱,青藤碱1紫草素为处理因素,维拉帕米和神经生长因子(NGF)为处理对照,行细胞培养24小时后MTT法检测细胞增活性。结果:SFA对视网膜组织细胞有明显的促增殖作用,且呈剂量依赖关系;苦参碱轻度促进视网膜组织细胞增殖,青藤碱,维拉帕米和NGF轻度抑制视网组织细胞增殖;而紫草素则低浓度时抑制,高浓度时促进视网膜组织细胞增殖,结论SFA,若参碱对视网膜组织细胞具有较好的药物保护作用。

Abstract:
Objective:To screen Chinese herbs that have the effect of positive drug-intervention on the retinal cells.Methods:In vitro,suspension of retinal cells of neonatal calf was treated with SFA,Matrine,Sinomenine and Shikonin respectively,while Verapamil and Nerve Growth Factor(NGF)were also used as the matched drugs.24 hours after co-culture,the cell proliferation were analysed with MTT colorimetric method on 600 nm.Results:SFA was shown having the marked accelerated effect on the cell proliferation,and the dose-dependent relation was also found,that is the higher concentration of SFA was,the higher rate of cell proliferation.Matrine was shown having slight acceleration of proliferation of retinal cell.Like that of Verapamil and NGF,Sinomenine had the anti-proliferation of retinal cells.Shikonin had interesting activity of anti-proliferation while under low concentration and of acceleration of cell proliferation while under high concentration.Conclusions:These results suggest that some drugs like SFA,Matrine have promising effect of drug-intervention on the retinal cells.
