心肌血运重建治疗冠心病进展(英文)

背景　随着人口老龄化问题的加重 ,冠心病已经成为致死的首要原因之一。经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术和冠状动脉旁路移植术是传统的治疗方法。方法　总结冠心病心肌血运重建治疗近十年来的技术和方法的最新进展。结果　在传统方法基础上微创技术和冠状动脉内支架得到发展。九十年代以来 ,激光心肌血运重建术和基因治疗使心肌血运重建治疗展现新的面貌。结论　现在冠心病心肌血运重建技术的飞速发展使医生和病人们有了更多选择 ,多种方法综合应用还可弥补相互之间不足

MYOCARDIAL REVASCULARIZATION FOR CORONARY ARTERY DISEASES

Background With the aging of the population,coronary artery disease (CAD) has become the leading cause of death.Percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and coronary artery bypass grafting are the principal procedures by which coronary artery disease can be treated.Methods Summerize the new progress of therapeutic approach for CAD in the last ten years.Results On the basis of conventional therapeutic approaches,minimally invasive techniques and endovascular stent have been developed.Since 1990s,myocardial revascularization has taken on an entirely new look because of appearance of transmuscular laser revascularization and gene therapy.Conclusion Doctors together with their patients now have a therapeutic spectrum of myocardial revascularization procedures.Moreover,combined application can make up the mutual defect.
