芜湖市农村居民健康体检现状及影响因素分析

目的：了解农村居民健康体检的现状，对其影响因素进行探讨，为创新性农村居民健康体检模式的建立提供参考。方法：采用多阶段抽样方法随机抽取样本，运用自行设计的问卷进行一对一问卷调查。结果：调查的572位农村居民中，进行过体检的有124人，体检率为21．7％，标化体检率为22．2％；不同性别的体检情况比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；农村居民健康体检情况主要与其健康知识水平、年收入水平、文化程度等有关（P＜0．05）。结论：目前农村居民健康体检状况较差，受多种因素影响，体检率还有待提高；建议国家将健康体检项目纳入新农合保障范畴，降低农民体检费用；并定期对农村居民进行健康体检知识宣传教育，鼓励农村居民积极主动参加体检。

Analysis of the Status and Influencing Factors of Rural Resident Heath Examination in Wuhu

Objec tive： This paper aims to understand the present situation of physical examination in rural residents, then discuss the influ-ence factors, and provide basis for establishing the innovated mode of heath examination among rural residents.Methods： Use multistage sam-pling method for sampling, and use the anonymous questionnaire to investigate rural residents face to face.Results：Among 572 rural residents in the survey, 124 people participated in the physical examination.The rate was 21.7%, and the standardized examination rate was 22.2%.The examination between different genders has statistically significant （P〈0.05）.And rural residents physical examination correlates with health knowledge, income level, education background and so on （P〈0.01）.Conclusion： At present, the health status of poor rural residents is af -fected by many factors,and the awareness of physical examination of farmers still needs to improve .It suggests that the government should include in the new rural cooperative medical scheme, reduce farmersm＆#39;edical expenses, and broadcast health examination knowledge and encourage farm -ers to actively participate in the medical examination.
