运用百分比CPD法综合评价医院医疗质量

目的：对医院各年度质量指标进行综合评价。方法运用百分比CPD法,确定标准值,计算所选7项指标的CPD、S、U、P等值,将计算结果进行排序分档和显著性检验。结果在0.05显著性水平意义下,2004年,2009至2013年明显优于其它年份;最好是2009年,最差是2006年。结论百分比CPD法是针对相对数或可转换为相对数形式的指标而言,计算过程简便易懂,是一种简单有效的综合评价方法。

Application of CPD percentage approach in the comprehensive evaluation of medical quality

Objective To provide an effective way of making a comprehensive evaluation of annual quality index of a hospital. Methods CPD with percentage approach was used to calculate the results of average CPD,S,U and P in the selected seven statistic indexes, then the results were sorted and classified before being tested markedly. Results As obviously shown atα= 0. 05, the medical quality in 2004 and the years from 2009 to 2013 was much better than that in other years, while the quality in 2009 proved the best, that in 2006 the worst. Conclusion As the approach of CPD percentage is for relative numbers or numbers in percentage and the calculation is easy, it is an effective way of comprehensive evaluation.
