吉林某村村民健康知识知晓率及获取途径调查

[目的]通过调查吉林省腰甸村居民的健康知识知晓率及获取途径,为进一步完善当地农村健康教育模式提供参考。[方法]按照简单随机抽样方法,随机抽取长期居住于当地的村民300名进行问卷调查。[结果]不同年龄、不同文化程度农村居民对健康知识知晓率不同,居民随年龄的增长,健康知识知晓率逐渐降低;除妇幼保健知识,其他健康知识知晓率男性村民均高于女性村民（P〈0.001）;随着文化程度的提高,村民健康知识知晓率增高（P〈0.001）;村民获取健康知识的最主要途径是电视广播（87%）。[结论]吉林省腰甸村居民的健康知识知晓水平不高,应针对不同年龄和文化程度人群特点,建立符合当地农村居民要求的个性化健康教育策略,提高当地农村居民的健康知识水平。

Awareness and Acquisition Approach of Health Knowledge among Residents in a Village of Jilin Province

[Objective] To provide references for further improving local rural health education through a survey on health knowledge awareness and acquisition approach of rural residents in Yaodian Village of Jilin Province. [Methods] A questionnaire survey was conducted among 300 rural residents with long-term residency who were selected by simple random sampling approach. [Results] Different age groups and education groups presented varying awareness rates of health knowledge. The awareness rate of health knowledge decreased with increasing age. Except maternal and child health knowledge, the awareness rates of all health knowledge categories in the male villagers were higher than those in the female villagers（P 〈0.001）. High education was associated with high awareness of health knowledge（P〈 0.001）. Television and radio was a main path for the rural residents to acquire health knowledge（87%）. [Conclusion] The awareness level of health knowledge is not high among the rural residents in Yaodian Village of Jilin Province. It is advisable to make personalized health education strategies meeting local residents＇ demands and adjustments according to age and educational levels to improve their health knowledge awareness levels.
