缩宫素引产中应用心理护理干预的临床效果分析

目的：分析研究缩宫素引产中采用心理护理干预的临床效果。方法按照盲选方法抽取该院收治的82例接受缩宫素引产的初产妇，回顾性分析两组患者护理实施效果。结果实施护理后，观察组的第1、2、3产程时间以及总产程时间显著低于对照组，观察组新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组，观察组的窒息发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在缩宫素引产中实施心理护理干预，在缩宫素引产中实施心理护理干预，可有助于顺利分娩，减少并发症的出现，有助于产妇分娩后早日康复，提高母婴生命质量。

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention Applied to Oxytocin-induced Labor

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention applied to oxytocin-induced labor. Methods 82 cases of primiparas accepted oxytocin-induced labor in our hospital were selected according to the blind method. The nursing effect of two groups of patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results After the implementation of nursing, the duration of the first, second and third stage of labor and total labor time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the neonatal Apgar score was significantly higher than that of the control group, the incidence of asphyxia was obvi-ously lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention applied to oxytocin-induced labor can contribute to the smooth delivery, reduce the occurrence of complications, help the puerperas recover early and improve the quality of life of the mother and infant.
