新疆中等卫生学校护理专业教师人力资源的调查

目的了解新疆中等卫生学校护理专业教师的人数、年龄、学历、职称，以及是否形成合理的教育梯队、是否满足护理教育的需求等情况。方法采甬自行设计的问卷对新疆12所中等卫生学校护理专业人力资源情况进行调查。结果新疆12所中等卫生学校护理专业教师与在校护生的师生比偏低，护理教师的职称结构、学历结构等未全部达到《中等医学教育主要专业设置标准》要求。结论新疆中等卫生学校的护理专业教师严重匮乏，职称和学历结构偏低，年龄结构不合理，断层现象严重，不能满足教育需求，有待改善和提高。

Investigation on health manpower resources of the secondary nursing profession in Xinjiang

Objective To investigate the teachers of secondary nursing profession about the number,age ,academic degree, professional title,and whether form reasonable education echelon and meet the demand for nursing education in Xinjiang. Methods Twelve schools of all setting-up secondary nursing specialty in Xinjiang were surveyed by self-designed question naire,thus we got nursing teacher＇s status. Results The average teacher-student ratio was low,structure of professional title and academic degree in Xinjiang didn＇t meet the requirements according to ＂the Setting Standards of the Main Profession of the Middle Medical Education＂. Conclusion Nursing teachers of Xinjiang are inadequate,their academic degree and profeto be improved.
