肝脂消煎剂对脂肪肝大鼠枯否细胞功能的影响

目的探讨肝脂消煎剂治疗脂肪肝药效学机制。方法采用高脂饮食加白酒灌胃建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,以东宝肝泰作对照,观察肝脂消煎剂对脂肪肝大鼠肝脏 Kupffer(枯否)细胞功能的影响。结果模型组大鼠 Kupffer 细胞显著增多且呈活化状态,且与肝脂肪变性、炎症、和坏死程度密切相关。中药肝脂消具有抑制脂肪肝大鼠 Kupffer 细胞功能的作用;同时肝脏病理学及肝功能酶学检测结果显示,肝脂消具有较强的降肝酶,抗炎保肝作用,明显优于东宝肝泰(P<0.05),其中减轻肝脏组织学病变,与东宝肝泰相似。结论肝脂消煎剂具有抑制大鼠肝脏 Kupffer 细胞功能,降肝脂、防治脂肪性肝炎作用。

Effect of Ganzhixiao Decoction on Kupffer Cell Function in Rats with Fatty Liver

Objective To explore the pharmacological mechanism of Ganzhixiao decoction(GZX)in treating fatty liver. Methods Rat fatty liver model was established by high fat diet and white wine gastrogavage.The effect of GZX on Kupffer cell function in the model was observed taking Dongbao Gantai as control.Results Kupffer cells in the model rats increased significantly in number and showed the activated state,which was closely related with the degree of liver fatty degeneration,inflammation and necrosis.GZX showed inhibition on Kupffer cell function.Enzymologic test of liver function showed that GZX had potent effects of lowering liver enzymes,anti-inflammation and liver protecting,whichwas significantly better than those of Dongbao Gantai(P<0.05).But pathological examination of liver showed that the two drugs were similar in effect of relieving liver pathological damage.Condusion GZB may prevent and treat fatty hepati- tis by inhibiting Kupffer cell function in rats with fatty liver.
