摘    要:根据目前中医学专业学位研究生教育的定位、培养目标及未来岗位需求,结合研究生教育现状,提出社会实践为中医学专业学位研究生教育中极具补充意义的培养模式;基于“服务-学习”理论,对社会实践的模式进行探讨,提出以“学习”为目的设计社会实践“服务”的具体内容;以“服务”为反馈促进专业学位研究生的临床技能“学习”;以“协作”为目标提升综合能力三个主要环节。并在具体社会实践过程中对相关理论、流程和模式方法进行探讨。

Abstract:According to the current position,training objectives and future job requirements of clinic postgraduate education in Chinese medicine,the importance of social practice in the training of clinic graduate students of TCM is explained.Based on the service learning theory,the mode of social practice includes designing specific content of social practice for the purpose of learning,promoting the professional skills from the feedback in services,enhancing the comprehensive quality during the collaboration.And in the process of one specific social practice,the relevant theories,processes and model methods are discussed.
