| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨常染色体多态性对男性不育的影响。方法:对647例男性不育患者进行染色体核型分析。结果:647例男性不育患者中常染色体多态性21例,占全部受检者的3.25%,高于普通群体染色体多态性发生率(2.6%)。21例常染色体多态性中9号染色体臂间倒位10例,占1.55%(10/647);1、9、16号染色体次缢痕增长11例,占1.70%(11/647)。结论:常染色体多态性可能与男性生殖异常有关,尤其是9号染色体臂间倒位,1、9、16号染色体次缢痕增长,应引起临床医生高度重视。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between autosomal polymorphism and male infertility. Methods: A cytogenetic karyotypes analysis was performed in 647 male infertile patients. Results: In the 647 cases of male infertile patients, 21(3.25%) cases with autosomal polymorphism were detected, which showed higher morbidity than ordinary samples. Autosomal polymorphism included 10 cases with pericentric inversion 9(1.55%) and 11 cases with long arm constitutive increasing of chromosome 1, 9 and 16 (1.70%). Conclusion: Autosomal polymorphism, especially with pericentric inversion 9 and long arm constitutive increasing of chromosome 1, 9 and 16 may be related with male infertility, which should be attached great importance clinically. |
