药物中毒洗胃造成胃黏膜损伤的相关因素分析

目的：探讨洗胃造成药物中毒患者胃黏膜损伤的相关因素。方法：对156例口服药物中毒患者，按常规方法使用全自动洗胃机洗胃，洗出液呈血性改变者33例。将洗胃患者与洗出液呈血性改变患者的一般资料、洗胃情况进行比较，采用构成比和百分率描述。结果：胃黏膜损伤的发生与中毒药物的种类、洗胃时胃的状态、服药后开始洗胃的时间和连续洗胃液量有关（P〈0.05），与患者的意识状态无关（P〉0．05）。结论：药物中毒洗胃造成的胃黏膜损伤，除了与药物中毒的种类有关外，还与连续洗胃液量、服毒后开始洗胃的时间、洗胃时胃的状态等因素有关。

Analysis of related factors of gastric mucosal lesion caused by gastric lavage for drug poisoning

Objective: To analyze the related factors of gastric mucosal lesion caused by gastric lavage for drug poisoning.Methods: One hundred and fifty six patients with drug poisoning were conventionally treated with gastric lavage by auto gastric washing machine,gastric fluid containing blood was found in 33 patients.The comparison of records of patients and results of gastric lavage was made between the patients receiving gastric lavage and the patients who were found blood in gastric fluid resulted from gastric lavage,which was described by ratio and percentage.Results: The occurrence of gastric mucosal lesion had something to do with type of poison,condition of stomach when washed,start of lavage after poisoning and the volume of fluid that washed out continuously(P<0.05),and had nothing to do with patient's consciousness(P>0.05).Conclusion: Gastric mucosal lesion relates to condition of stomach when washed,start of lavage after poisoning and the volume of fluid that washed out continuously besides the type of poison.
