重组人红细胞生成素对维持性血液透析老年患者营养状况的影响

目的探讨重组人红细胞生成素（rhEPO）对维持性血液透析老年患者营养状态的影响。方法将维持性血液透析治疗老年患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组患者均给予常规血液透析治疗,治疗频率为2～3次/周,而观察组在此基础上给予rhEPO治疗,疗程为16周。在治疗前后比较2组患者血红蛋白（Hb）、红细胞比容（HCT）、血清白蛋白（ALB）、三酰甘油（TG）、体质量指数（BMI）、肱三头肌处皮褶厚度（TSF）,同时观察有无不良反应发生。结果观察组治疗后Hb、HCT、ALB、TG、BMI及TSF均较治疗前及对照组治疗后有好转,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论需进行维持性血液透析治疗的老年患者,应用rhEPO能改善贫血,改善营养状况。

Impact of recombinant human erythropoietin on nutritional status in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients

Objective To investigate the impact of recombinant human erythropoietin on nutritional status in elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 60 elderly patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 30 cases. Two groups were given with regular hemodialysis treatment,treatment frequency for 2 ～ 3 times per week. On the basis of above,observation group was given with rhEPO for 16 weeks. Compared the hemoglobin（ Hb）,hematocrit（ HCT）,serum albumin（ ALB）,triglyceride（ TG）,body mass index（ BMI）,triceps skinfold（ TSF） of two groups. Observed the adverse reactions. Results 16 weekend,After treatment the Hb,HCT,ALB,TG,BMI and TSF of observation group were better than before treatment and control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Two groups showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion For elderly maintenance hemodialysis patients,the application of recombinant human erythropoietin can improve anemia,improve the nutritional status.
