车前草中熊果酸的超声提取及高效液相色谱法测定

摘    要:目的从车前草中提取熊果酸,并测定其含量。方法采用超声技术提取熊果酸,并采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定其含量。结果测得车前草中熊果酸含量为0.322 1%,平均回收率为98.16%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.02%(n=5)。结论:采用超声技术提取车前草中的熊果酸,具有提取快速、操作简单、节省溶剂、无需加热、有效成分提取率高等优点。

Abstract:Objective To extract ursolic acid from Herba Plantaginis and determine the content of ursolic acid.Methods Ultrasonic technology was used to extract ursolic acid and determine the content by HPLC.Results Content of ursolic acid in Herba Plantaginis was 0.3221%,the average recovery was 98.16% with RSD 2.02%(n=5).Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction technology for ursolic acid has the advantages of rapid extraction speed,simple operation,saving solvent,not being heated,higher extraction rate etc.
