| 摘 要： | 目的观察虎杖提取物对ConA诱导肝损伤小鼠的保护作用。方法通过测定血清ALT、AST及TNF-α、肝匀浆SOD、MDA,评价其对肝脏的保护作用。结果虎杖提取物高剂量组明显降低ConA诱导肝损伤小鼠模型的血清ALT、AST、TNF-α、肝匀浆MDA,提高肝匀浆SOD（P〈0.01）。结论虎杖提取物对ConA诱导肝损伤小鼠具有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the protective effect of Polygonum cuspidatum extract in ConA-induced liver injury of mice.METHODS The serum ALT,AST and TNF-α,liver homogenate SOD and MDA were determined to evaluate its protective effects on the liver.RESULTS Polygonum cuspidatum extract high-dose group was significantly reduced ConA-induced liver injury in mice models of serum ALT,AST,TNF-α,liver homogenate MDA,increased liver homogenate SOD(P<0.01).CONCLUSION Polygonum cuspidatum extract on ConA-induced liver injury in mice has protective effect. |
