| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To evaluate the clinical value of micromovement sensitive mattress sleep monitoring system(MSMSMS) in the diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).METHODS Fifty cases with snoring were randomly monitoring with MSMSMS and polysomnography(PSG)synchronously for whole night.The consistency of the two methods in diagnosing OSAHS was compared.Using PSG results as the golden standard,the sensitivity and specificity of MSMSMS in diagnosing OSAHS were analyzed.The results of the respir... |
