Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of TTF-1,Napsin A and CK7 in patients with non small cell lung cancer.Methods We randomly selected 315 patients with non small cell lung cancer who were hospitalized in our hospital from June 2011 to June 2016.The pathological specimens were obtained from all the candidates.According to the pathological results, there were 162 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 153 cases of adenocarcinoma.All of them received immunohistochemical tests.We then investigated the expression and clinical significance of TTF-1,Napsin A and CK7.Results The expression of TTF-1, Napsin, A and CK7 in adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in squamous cell carcinoma, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).Conclusion TTF-1, Napsin, A and CK7 have high clinical values in differential diagnosis of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma, and can be used as an immunohistochemical package for differential diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer. |
