肝细胞癌患者壳多糖酶3样蛋白1与甲胎蛋白的相关性分析

目的 研究肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)患者血清壳多糖酶3样蛋白1(chitinase 3-like 1,CHI3L1)和甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein,AFP)是否存在相关性.方法 选取南京医科大学第一附属医院2015年12月份至2016年4月份收治入院且经病理学证实的HCC患者100例,同时按性别和年龄配对选择慢性乙型肝炎患者100例和体检健康者59例作为对照组,分别检测HCC和对照组血清CHI3L1和AFP,使用MedCalc Ver 15.2.2软件确定CHI3L1和AFP对HCC患者诊断的临界值,统计HCC患者血清CHI3 L1和AFP的阳性率,使用STATA 12.0统计学软件比较血清CHI3L1和AFP是否存在相关性.结果 HCC患者血清CHI3L1和AFP的分布范围分别为18.5 ～ 1487.5 pg/mL和1.3 ～ 121000 ng/mL,阳性率分别为84％ (84/100)和84％ (84/100),HCC患者中CHI3L1和AFP不存在相关性(P=0.785).结论 HCC患者中CHI3L1和AFP均具有很高的阳性率,但两者不存在相关性.

Correlation Analysis of Serum Chitinase 3-like 1 Protein and AFP Levels in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum Chitinase 3-like 1 protein (CHI3L1) and Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP) levels in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) patients.Methods One hundred HCC patients confirmed by histopathology were recruited from December,2015 to April,2016 in the first affiliated hospital of Nanjing Medical University.Simultaneously,100 patients with chronic hepatitis B and 59 healthy individuals,matched by sex and age with HCC patients,were recruited as control groups.Serum CHI3L1 and AFP levels were measured and the cut-off values which differentiated HCC from control groups were estimated by MedCalc Ver 15.2.2 Software.The positive rate of serum CHI3L1 and AFP in HCC patients was calculated,the correlation was analyzed by STATA 12.0 Statistical software.Results The range of serum CHI3L1 and AFP were 18.5 ～ 1487.5 pg/mL and 1.3 ～ 121000.0 ng/mL,respectively,the positive rate are 84％ (84/100) and 84％ (84/100),but there is no significant correlation between serum CHI3L1 and AFP in HCC patients.Conclusion Serum CHI3L1 and AFP both have high positive rates in HCC patients,but there is no significantly correlation between them.
