摘    要:目的了解静电式空气消毒洁净器动态空气消毒效果。方法选择MKJ-1200型空气消毒洁净器在一间开机作为实验组,一间不开机作为对照组,在开展手术的两手术间同时采用平板沉降法连续采集监测空气中细菌菌落数,并用SPSS统计软件包分析。结果开机作用0.5 h,除菌率达到66.07%,手术整个过程实验组室细菌菌落数低于对照组(P<0.05)。静态测定其杀菌率>90%,作用0.5 h后手术室内空气细菌计数<200 cfu/m3。结论静电式空气消毒洁净器除菌效果达到国家标准,其空气动态除菌的方法优于静态消毒方法。

Abstract:Objective]To learn the disinfection effect of electrostatic air disinfection cleaner.Methods]Two operation rooms in a large polyclinic were selected as the experimental sites.One of the rooms was equipped with a MKJ-1200 air disinfection machine as the experimental group;the other room without the equipment was taken as the control group.The air quality reflected by the numbers of the settling microbes were measured with the condition that seventeen pairs of operations performed at the same time in the two rooms.SPSS software was used to analyze the result.Results]Throughout the operation,the numbers of settling microbes in the experiment group were significantly lower than that in the contrast group(P<0.05).The rate of disinfection was above 90% in static state;the number of settling microbes was below 200 cfu/m~3 after disinfection for 0.5 hours.Conclusion]The disinfection effect of EDAC reaches the national standard; the dynamic disinfection method is superior to the static disinfection methods.
