| Abstract: | Two Turkish sibs, products of a second cousin marriage, with tetramelic syndactyly, ectodermal dysplasia, cleft lip and palate, renal anomalies, and mental retardation are reported. Similarities between these two brothers and previously reported cases and their mode of transmission are discussed. |
