上海市嘉定区城镇与农村成蚊监测

摘    要:目的探索上海郊区城镇与农村监测点蚊虫种类构成和蚊虫密度的差异性。方法采用诱蚊灯法和人诱停落法进行成蚊监测。结果嘉定镇街道城区和外冈镇乡村共捕获淡色库蚊1174只、白纹伊蚊138只,两街镇的蚊虫密度分别为9.91、3.72只/(灯·夜)。两街镇的蚊虫种类构成均为淡色库蚊和白纹伊蚊,且蚊虫密度无统计学差异(t=2.28,P>0.05)。结论孳生环境的改变以及人为的因素,可能对蚊虫的种群数量有影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the differences of mosquito species composition and mosquito density in urban and rural monitoring sites in Shanghai suburb.Methods Mosquito lamp trap and human landing catch were employed for the investigation.Results A total of 1174 Culex pipiens pallens and 138 Aedes albopictus were captured in the urban area of Jiading Town and the rural Waigang Town.The mosquito densities of the two towns were 9.91 and 3.72 insects per lamp per night respectively.The species composition of mosquitoes in the two towns were Culex pipiens pallens and Aedes albopictus,and there was no statistical difference in mosquito density(t=2.28,P>0.05).Conclusion Changes in breeding environment and human factors may have an impact on mosquito population.
