Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 30 food additives by ultra liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS). Methods The sample was extracted by methanol-acetonitrile-water(1∶1∶1,V/V/V),and the extract was centrifuged. Then supernatant was injected directly into the UPLC-MS/MS. Quantification was based on external calibration. Results The correlation coefficients were higher than 0. 99 within 0. 05 mg/kg-1. 0 mg/kg. The limits of quantitation of azorubin,allura red AC,quinoline yellow,patent blue V,natamycin,methylparaben,ethylparaben,propylparaben,acesulfame K,sodium saccharin,cyclamate sodium,sucralose,aspartame,stevioside,neotame were 0. 05 mg/kg,and the limits of quantitation of tartrazine,sunset yellow,new red,ponceau 4 R,amaranth,erythrosin B,brilliant blue FCF,indigotine,benzoic acid,sorbic acid,dehydroacetic acid,2-tert.-butyl-4-methoxyphenol,2,6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol,tert-butylhydroquinone,gallic acid propyl ester were 0. 1 mg/kg. The average recoveries of 30 food additives were within 60%-120% and the relative standard deviations were less than 10% in wine,tomato sauce,raisin,dried squid. Conclusion The method can be applied to determination of 30 food additives in food,and it can meet the needs of daily inspection work.
