以胸部症状首发的血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤一例报告并文献复习

血管免疫母细胞性T细胞淋巴瘤(AITL)是少见的侵袭性外周T细胞淋巴瘤,主要的临床表现多变,累及全身淋巴结、肝、脾等部位,常有发热、皮疹、体质量下降,大部分患者伴有免疫功能异常,临床表现复杂多变。本研究通过对以胸腔积液、双肺多发渗出影为首发临床表现的AITL患者的各项辅助检查结果、诊疗经过进行回顾并复习相关文献,旨在提高临床医师对AITL的认识,选择合适的检查措施来提高诊断的阳性率。

A case of angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma with thoracic invdvements as first symptoms was reported and literature reviewed

Angioimmunoblastic T cell lymphoma(AITL)is an uncommon subtype of aggressive peripheral T cell lymphoma.The main clinical manifestations of AITL werechangeable,involving lymphadenopathy,hepatosplenomegaly,fever,rash,and other systemic symptoms.The majority of patients with abnormal immune function,clinical manifestation is complicated.In this study,weretrospected andreviewedthe examinationsof a patient who firstlymanifest as pleural effusion and multiple exudates of both lungs,aiming to improve clinicians′understanding of the disease and select appropriate examination measures to improve the positive rate of diagnosis.
