冠周冲洗上药后即刻拔牙对干槽症相关细菌的研究

目的：比较下颌阻生智齿拔除术前冠周冲洗、上药后即刻拔牙与常规拔牙后干槽症相关细菌检出率的差异,寻找一种有效、简便、经济的预防干槽症的方法。方法：选取94例患者随机分为三组,A组冲洗＋上药组（33例）,B组冲洗组（31例）,C组对照组（30例）。分别采集术前术后冠周龈盲袋或拔牙创内的细菌进行需氧和厌氧培养。结果：A组产墨 素类杆菌检出率术前为33．3％,术后为10．1％;B组产黑素类杆菌的检出率术前为32．3％,术后为16．1％;C组产墨素类杆菌的检出率术前为30．0％,术后为33．3％。三组术前术后链球菌检出率均为100％。结论：下颌阻生智齿拔除术前冠周冲洗,上药后即刻拔牙能有效地减少干槽症的发生。

The influence of the bacteria related to dry socket that mandibular impacted teeth were extracted after rinsed the pericoronals and applied with iodophenol

Objective The purpose of the study is compared with the differences in the rate of bacteria related to dry socket found between 94 patients' mandibular impacted teeth removed after their periconorals were rinsed with hydrogen peroxide solution and iodophenol was applied, and commonly removed teeth, an efficient,economical method for preventing from alveolar osteitis will be found. Methods 94 patients are chosen and divided into three groups according to a certain standard: Group A (33 patients' periconorals rinsed with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and applied with iodophenol); Group B (31 patients' periconorals rinsed with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution); Group C (30 patients' periconorals controlled). The bacteria in the sack are collected for aerobic and anaerobic cultures. Results Bacteroides melaninogenicus attached to the patients' periconorals in Group A found is 33.3% before the operation and 10.1% after the operations; The rate of bacteroides melaninogenicus found on patients' periconorals in Group B is 32.3% and 16.1% before and after the operation; The rate of bacteroides melaninogenicus found on the patients' periconorals in Group C is 30.0% and 33.3% before and after the operation. The rate of streptococcus found on the patients' periconorals of the three groups is 100% respectively before and after the operation.ConclusionThe dry socket is greatly decreased when mandibular impacted teeth are removed by rinsed periconorals with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and applying iodophenol. This method is easy ,efficient and economical and great value available.
