| 摘 要： | 胃癌根治术患者围手术期血液流变学指标检测发现：术后早期与 术前相比，红细胞压积、低切全血和还原比粘度、血沉方程Ｋ值、红细胞聚集指数 增高，常表现为高粘滞血症。本文对其发生机理及临床意义进行了探讨。 |

| Abstract: | This article studies the perioperative hemorheological paramoters of the patients with gastric carcinoma radical operation.The results showed that in the carly stage of the postoperation,the index of hematocrit,the whole blood relative and reduction viscosity in low shear,plasmic rclative viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation sedimentation equation K Value,erythrocyte aggregation increased markedly and the patients were usually accompanied with hyperviscossemia which should be taken seriously,ptevented and treated. The machanism and clinical significane. are discussed in the paper. |
