难治性便秘的中医临床病机探讨

难治性便秘的发病率在中国逐年上升，是中医门诊常见病又是难治病。通过梳理近年来接诊的便秘患者的临床症状特点，结合中医藏象学基础理论，归纳、分析、探讨脾胃、肝胆、肾、肺及三焦等脏腑在难治性便秘中的病机作用，认为其病机多是综合了以上多脏腑功能失调基础上的胃肠动力障碍和肛门舒缩失常的一类疾病，少见单一病因、病机导致的病证，临床治疗可采用包括健脾益气、和胃降逆、疏利肝胆、补肾填精、补肺益气、通利三焦等中医治法进行多脏腑辨证论治。
